Sometimes they can be a bit 'buzzword heavy.' We spent a whole month talking about 'digital synergy' and 'ecosystem orchestration' before we actually started building anything. I wish they’d spend a little less time on the slides and more on the prototypes.

They are massive and very professional. If you need a huge team for a digital transformation, they’ve got the resources to scale up fast.

I love their focus on sustainability. They actually helped us optimize our data center energy usage as part of our cloud migration. It’s nice to work with a firm that actually cares about their carbon footprint.

Very collaborative and 'European' in the best way. They don't have that aggressive American corporate vibe. They really feel like an extension of our own team, and they’re very flexible when project requirements change.

The billing is a bit of a maze. We kept getting hit with 'out of scope' charges for things that felt like they should have been part of the original pitch. You really have to have a hawk-eyed project manager to keep the costs from spiraling.
