It’s very principle-based. If you aren't into the 'character' and 'integrity' side of leadership, you might find it a bit preachy. But for building a high-trust culture in a big company, their framework is still the best out there.

The All Access Pass is a great deal if you actually use it. There’s so much content in there that it’s almost too much. I find myself just sticking to the time management stuff because I don't have time to explore the rest.

Some of their materials still feel a bit like they’re from the 90s. Even with the new digital updates, you can tell the core of the company is built on physical books and planners. It works, but it isn't 'cool' by any means.
