I had a dispute over a total loss value and they were surprisingly difficult to work with. They used 'comparable' vehicles from three states away to lowball the value of my car. I eventually got it fixed, but it was a fight.

The app is incredible. I can check my bank balance, pay my car insurance, and start a homeowners claim all in the same place. It’s the most integrated financial experience I’ve ever used.
