Their 'Private Access' is a lifesaver. It lets our developers access internal apps without exposing the whole network. It’s lowered our attack surface significantly. It feels like a very modern way to handle security.

It can be a bit of a 'black box' when things go wrong. Because everything is in their cloud, if a user has a slow connection, it's hard to tell if it's their home Wi-Fi or a Zscaler node. You lose a bit of visibility for the sake of security.
