Since spinning off from IBM as Kyndryl, they’ve become much more nimble. They still have that 'no one ever got fired for buying IBM' reliability, but they’re much more open to working with other cloud providers now. They’re the masters of complex, mission-critical stuff.

If your data center looks like a museum of 1990s hardware, these are the only people who can help you. They understand mainframes and legacy systems better than anyone, and they can actually help you modernize them without breaking your whole business.

Their security focus is unmatched. When we did our last compliance audit, the auditors basically gave us a pass as soon as they saw Kyndryl was managing our data residency. That kind of trust is worth the extra cost.
