They have a great selection of luxury and exotic cars. If you're looking for something specific that nobody else has, Penske usually has it in their network. Their internal shipping for cars between stores is actually pretty fast.

The turnover in the service department is crazy. Every time I go in, it’s a new service advisor who doesn't know my car's history. It makes it hard to build a relationship with the shop.
