The manager at the store near me is super unprofessional—always out back on her phone while the lines are three people deep. It’s a shame because I like their parts, but the management at this location is a joke.

I love that they take old tractor oil for recycling. Most places only take car oil. They’re a bit more expensive than the big box stores, but the service is usually worth the extra five bucks.

They always have the random gaskets and O-rings that nobody else stocks. If you’re working on an older vehicle, they’re usually your best bet. Reliable, knowledgeable, and fast.

Total nightmare. I called ahead to make sure they had an alternator, drove 25 minutes, and when I got there they were just standing around chatting. Then they realized they didn't even have the part. Complete waste of time.
