The implementation was a million-dollar nightmare. It took way longer than they promised, and we had to hire a small army of consultants just to get the 'out of the box' features to work with our specific business model. It was very painful.

Their focus on sustainability reporting is actually really good. We can track our carbon footprint across our entire supply chain right in the main dashboard. It makes our annual ESG report so much easier to put together.

It’s built for scale. When we acquired that new company last year, we integrated their entire inventory into our SAP system in a weekend. It’s the only software I’ve seen that can actually handle that kind of massive data dump without crashing.

It runs the world, but it's incredibly painful to use as an employee.
