Total nightmare during a claim. The adjuster they sent out was incredibly rude and tried to argue that my car had 'prior damage' on a door that was clearly crushed in the accident. It took weeks of back-and-forth to get it settled.

I went with them because the Name Your Price tool found me a plan that fit my tight budget. It’s pretty bare-bones coverage, but at least I’m legal on the road without spending half my paycheck.

They're great until you actually need them. My rates doubled after one minor claim where I wasn't even at fault. I ended up switching to a different carrier because they just wouldn't work with me on the price.

The website and app are probably the best in the business. I can add a new car or change my coverage in literally two minutes. If you’re tech-savvy and don't care about having a local agent, they’re a solid choice.
