Great for tech companies. They fit into the dev workflow much better than some of the more traditional agencies.

Their quality assurance process is very rigorous. Sometimes it feels like they’re nitpicking over tiny stylistic choices, but at the end of the day, the client is always happy with the result, so I guess the system works.

I’ve had a great experience with their talent management team. They actually take the time to match you with projects that fit your background. I’m an engineer by trade, and they only send me technical specs to translate.

The workload can be really 'feast or famine.' I’ll have 40 hours of work one week and then zero for the next three. It makes it hard to rely on them as your only source of income, but it’s a great addition to a freelance portfolio.
