We use Dell servers for our startup and they are workhorses. The remote management tools are solid, and the parts are easy to find if you ever need to do an out-of-warranty repair.

XPS line is great. Support is bad.

Bought an XPS laptop a few months ago. Machine works perfectly and the screen is beautiful. Battery life could be a little better when I'm editing video but otherwise no complaints. Delivery was faster than expected. :)

Their customer service for home users can be a bit of a loop. I got passed around to three different departments just to fix a battery issue under warranty. Once I got a tech to my house, they were great, but the phone call was a struggle.

I’ve been using XPS laptops for years and the latest one is a work of art. The bezel-less screen makes it feel so much smaller than it actually is. It’s the only Windows laptop that actually feels as premium as a MacBook.
