The sales rep was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. The gutters they put on are solid—I haven't had to climb a ladder once this year. Very satisfied with the outcome.

We got a walk-in tub for my mom and it’s been a lifesaver. The installer was very patient with her and showed her exactly how to use the jets and the heated seat. It was a big investment, but seeing her safe in the bathroom is worth it.

Had an issue where the initial install for our water system leaked. It took them almost a week to get a tech back out to fix it, which was a huge headache. They did fix it for free, but the wait was stressful.

The gutter guards work well, but I still had to go up there and clear some pine needles. Not truly "no maintenance."
