The user interface on their HR and Finance cloud apps (NetSuite/ERP) feels like it’s from 2012. It’s functional, but it’s definitely not 'pretty.' It takes way too many clicks just to submit a simple expense report. It’s very clunky compared to Workday.

Great for security. We’re in a highly regulated industry and Oracle’s 'Always On' encryption makes our compliance audits a breeze. They take data protection more seriously than anyone else, which gives our customers a lot of peace of mind.

Their new 'Autonomous Database' basically manages itself. It patches, secures, and tunes everything automatically. I used to spend my weekends doing database maintenance, and now I actually get to have a life. Best thing they’ve ever built.
