The logistics kings. If you need 10,000 pages translated into 40 languages by Tuesday, they’re your only hope.

The sales team is very aggressive. I feel like once you sign up for a demo, you’re on their radar forever. I get 'just checking in' emails every two weeks. I appreciate the hustle, but it can be a little much when you're just browsing.

They are the absolute powerhouse of the industry. We use them for all our legal and patent translations because they have a specialist for literally everything. They aren't the cheapest, but when you have a 500-page document due in 24 hours, they’re the only ones who can actually pull it off.

Their AI translation tools (GlobalLink) have gotten really good lately. We started using their machine translation for our internal wikis and it’s saved us a fortune. It still needs a human eye for the final polish, but the speed is incredible.
