I went in for a simple alignment and they tried to tell me I needed a whole new suspension system. I took it to my brother-in-law (who's a mechanic) and he said everything was perfectly fine. Felt like a total cash grab.

Michelin might be the 'luxury' pick this year, but Firestone is the better value for my truck. They handle the mud and the highway equally well. The staff at the service center were honest about my alignment, too.

Languishing is the right word. My new Bridgestones are wearing out way faster than the warranty says they should. When I complained, they gave me the runaround about 'driving habits.' Won't be buying these again.

Best selection of Bridgestone and Firestone tires, obviously. I got a set of the new 2026 'WeatherPeaks' and they are incredible in the rain. The staff was knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need.

The convenience is great since they’re everywhere, but the pricing for non-tire service is getting crazy. I was quoted $900 for a brake job that a local shop did for $550. Good for tires, but shop around for the heavy mechanical work.
