I tried to use it for my son’s ear infection, but the doctor said she couldn't diagnose it without actually looking inside his ear with a physical scope. I still had to pay for the visit and then go to urgent care anyway.

The app interface is the best out of all the ones I’ve tried. It’s very intuitive and it even helps you find the nearest open pharmacy based on your GPS. It’s clearly designed with the patient in mind.
