Excellent paint matching on a very difficult tri-coat pearl white. I was worried it would look 'off,' but they nailed it. You can't see the blend line at all, even in direct sunlight.

The shop was a bit disorganized. They lost my key fob for about 20 minutes when I went to pick the car up. Everything was fine in the end, but it was a bit of an unprofessional moment.

What I like about CARSTAR is that they are locally owned franchises but have a big national name. The owner of the shop near me actually took the time to talk to me about the frame repair. It felt more personal than the big corporate-owned shops.

Average experience. The car was finished a day late and the communication was a bit spotty. I had to call them for updates instead of them reaching out to me. The repair itself was fine, though.
