The technician was super late and the office didn't call to tell me. I spent my whole Saturday waiting. When he finally got here, he was great, but the lack of communication from the dispatch was really annoying.

Had them out for a water heater issue and it turned into a whole thing about code compliance. They did the work but 'forgot' a specific tank the city requires, then tried to charge me extra to come back and fix their own mistake. Frustrating.

Great local service. They really go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the work.

Seriously, the best. They sent me a text with a photo of the technician so I knew exactly who was knocking on my door. He explained everything in plain English and even fixed a loose wire he saw while he was in the attic for free.
