The app is super smooth and easy to navigate. I really like that it saves all my history in one place so I don't have to repeat my allergies every time I call. It feels very professional and secure.

The mental health side is okay, but I wish I could message my therapist between sessions. It feels a bit disconnected compared to some of the newer apps that let you text back and forth throughout the week.

Excellent experience with their dermatology service. I uploaded a few photos of a weird rash, and a doctor got back to me with a diagnosis and a cream that actually worked by the next morning. No waiting weeks for a specialist!

The wait time was almost an hour even with an appointment. Very frustrating.

Reliable and quick, but sometimes you get a doctor who clearly just wants to hang up.
