Absolute disaster with an online order. They charged my card, told me the part was ready for pickup, and then sold it to someone else before I got there. Now they're telling me I have to wait 10 days for a refund. Never again.

I only shop here because of the 'DieHard' batteries. They really are the best on the market. The website is pretty smooth and I usually get a 15% discount code just for leaving stuff in my cart for an hour.

I bought an alternator that failed right out of the box. The exchange process was a pain because they kept insisting it 'tested good' on their machine even though my car was dead. I had to pay a real shop to prove them wrong.

Great experience getting new wipers. The staff came out and installed them for me in the parking lot in about two minutes. For the simple stuff, they are fantastic and very friendly.

Convenient, but a bit more expensive than buying online.
