The warranty team is actually responsive! We had a few nail pops and a squeaky floorboard after the house settled, and they sent someone out within a week to fix it all. It’s nice to see a builder that stands by their work.

We built a Del Webb home for our retirement and the community is incredible. The build quality is noticeably better than some of the other 'big' builders we looked at. The soundproofing between rooms is actually decent!

Watch out for the 'sales concessions.' They offered a free golf cart promo but didn't tell us it would affect our loan-to-value ratio until three days before closing. We ended up having to pay more out of pocket. Felt like a bait-and-switch.

Very streamlined process. They have the whole homebuilding thing down to a science.

Overall a solid 4 stars. The buying process was professional and the house is energy efficient—our power bills are way lower than our old place. Just make sure you do a very thorough final walkthrough.
