The implementation process was a six-month nightmare. It’s a very complex system, and if you don't set it up perfectly from day one, it’s a mess to fix. Make sure you have a dedicated team just to handle the rollout.

Great for big companies, but searching for stuff is frustrating.

We switched our entire HR and payroll over to Workday last year and it’s been a game-changer. No more separate logins for everything! The interface is clean, and the 'Talent Management' module makes performance reviews a lot less painful.

The updates are constant, which is usually good, but sometimes they change the UI just enough to be annoying. I'll go to log my hours and the button has moved to a completely different menu for no apparent reason. Just leave it alone!

Why is the search so bad? Sometimes I type in the exact name of a benefit or a colleague and it gives me ten unrelated results before the one I want. For a multi-billion dollar company, you'd think they could get basic search right.
