I like their community forums. You can actually talk to other linguists and get help with tricky phrases or technical issues. It makes the remote work feel a lot less lonely.

The pay for their 'crowd' workers is pretty low. It’s a good side hustle if you just want some extra cash, but you’re definitely not going to get rich doing it. It’s very much 'task-based' and can be a bit mind-numbing after a few hours.

Good for tech translation. Their platform is easy. Payouts for freelancers are terrible though.

They have a huge focus on AI data training right now. We used them to help train our customer service bot and the quality of the data they provided was much better than the cheaper crowdsourcing sites we tried before.

Great for massive projects, but their small-business support is lacking. If you don't have a six-figure budget, you kind of get pushed to the back of the line. I’d recommend them for big enterprise stuff only.
