The mobile app is a lifesaver when I’m on the road. I can update a deal status and log a call while I’m literally walking to my car. It keeps my pipeline clean and my boss off my back because everything is in real-time.

The reporting can be a bit of a nightmare to set up. Every time I want a new dashboard, I feel like I need a degree in data science just to get the filters right. Once it's done, it's great, but the learning curve is steep.

I love the new Slack integration. Being able to update a deal status directly from a chat thread without opening the full CRM is a tiny change that saves me hours every week. It finally feels like the two apps are actually talking to each other.

It’s so expensive. Every time we want to add a new feature or a few more users, it feels like we’re buying a small car. For a big company, it’s fine, but for our mid-sized team, the bill is definitely starting to hurt our margins.
