The turnover rate for the technicians seems high. It feels like as soon as I get used to one person, they leave and I’m training a new person on how I like my needles set up.

I love the 'DaVita Care Connect' app. Being able to see my lab results and text my dietitian directly from my phone has made managing my kidney health so much easier.

They really treat you like family during dialysis. Very kind people.

The technicians are wonderful and really make you feel comfortable during a long day.
