The 'DriveEasy' tracking is way too sensitive. It docked points because I had to hard-brake for a deer. Why should I be penalized for avoiding a collision? I ended up disabling it and losing my discount.

It’s very 'self-service.' Don't expect a lot of hand-holding if you have a complex question. I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to a real person about an international coverage question. Good for the basics, bad for the complicated stuff.
