KAKurt Albrecht2026-04-12Their customer service is great for small stuff, but I wouldn't buy a $3,000 laptop there. If something goes wrong after 30 days, they just tell you to call the manufacturer, whereas a place like Micro Center might actually help you in-store.

RSRenate Schramm2026-03-10You have to be really careful with third-party sellers. I ordered a 'new' motherboard and it arrived in a crushed box with missing screws. Luckily, Amazon refunded me immediately, but it’s annoying that you have to double-check the 'Sold By' label every time.
