The 'back-to-back' nature of the work can be draining for the interpreters. You can tell some of them are exhausted by the end of their shift. I try to be patient, but sometimes the speed of the service comes at the cost of the interpreter's energy level.

They are the undisputed kings of over-the-phone interpreting. I work in a hospital and we use their video service daily. Being able to get a Swahili or Pashto interpreter on the line in under 30 seconds during an emergency is a literal lifesaver.

Very reliable billing and reporting. As an administrator, I need to see exactly which departments are using which languages for budget reasons, and their dashboard makes that super easy to track.

Interpretation services. They saved us during a medical emergency call. Lifesavers. But their billing is confusing.
