Average experience. The electrician knew his stuff, but he was pretty grumpy and didn't really want to answer my questions. Job got done, it works, but it wasn't exactly 'service with a smile'.

Good luck getting a human on the phone. They do so much work for big homebuilders that if you're just a single homeowner with a small repair, you're basically at the bottom of the pile. Took three weeks to get a callback.
