Customer support has definitely improved, but it's still mostly chat-based. Sometimes you just want to talk to a person when your money is on the line and it's frustrating when you can't.

The 3% match on IRA contributions is a massive win. I'm literally getting free money just for saving for retirement with them. Why would I go anywhere else?

I hate that they don't have mutual funds or individual bonds. Once your portfolio gets to a certain size, you kind of outgrow the app and have to move to a 'grown-up' broker.

Say what you want about them, but the app is just so smooth. It’s the only trading app that doesn't make me feel like I’m looking at a spreadsheet from my job.

It’s so easy to use it’s almost dangerous. The UI is addictive, but I wish their customer support was better.
